Here we go again

I have about a dozen things I'd like to talk about, but as Saije mentioned, There are priorities.

Four games remaining in the season

Three of them are against those foul swine who reside in the House of Ruth

Today's is against a team that has given us trouble this year.

All of them are at Fenway.

Tied for the Wild Card, and a game behind of the aforementioned swine in the division.

This thing's to do.

I don't know if I mentioned this before, but I stopped shaving when the Red Sox were down 0-3 in the ALCS, and razor did not touch my face again until after I'd taken it to the parade in Boston after eight straight victories brought us our first World Series title in 86 years. And I can't really grow a beard, either, so it looked terrible.

Maybe it can work again

  1. What a game. Big Papi is the man once again. And you know what is so great? I can watch these games, I can read about them, listen to ESPN, think about them long after they're over and not lose my mind when they lose or when they're down because of 2004. Can you imagine how we'd be feeling if they hadn't won it all last year? P.S. Don't shave!
